As an individual deeply passionate about cutting-edge technologies, my contemplations frequently revolved around harnessing advancements to tackle the challenges faced in the armed and paramilitary forces regarding shooting training. During this period, the concept of mobile shooting ranges took shape, and we embarked upon an exhilarating research expedition that spanned approximately two years.
The road to success was with its fair share of challenges. We had to navigate numerous techno-driven brainstorming sessions and financial obstacles to achieve our vision. We use AR500 armour steel, successfully tested to ensure unparalleled multi-hit capabilities and 360° protection. The range has 5mm sides and 6mm bottoms and an AR500 Body Armor Plate that can sustain high-velocity military bullets of 5.56 and 0.30 calibre with the least back face deformation in the category. Our range is built to perform exceptionally well against steel-core penetrator rounds like the M855, making it the safest range on the market.

Our state-of-the-art protection management system locks inside doors, and the shooter cannot open the door without following the predetermined safety protocol. Designed, developed, and technologically innovated towards real war situations and shooting perfection through continuous training, which is having mobility and easy access with meticulous MIS assessment, which will massively change the skill set of each firer and make the firer better equipped for any situations. Interactive Target Retrieval System auto-tune the distances of the shooting targets with precision as per the command. The control unit includes an encoder and PID controller. It includes a hall sensor for self-calibration of the apparatus. Patent applied product.
The carriage unit is mounted on one or more tracks and includes at least one motor configured to drive the carriage unit on the tracks. The carriage unit further includes a plurality of rollers driven by the motor for smooth forward and backward movement. The control unit controls the motor which drives the carriage unit. The control unit includes an encoder and a proportional integral derivative (PID) controller. The encoder can be an optical rotary encoder. The encoder calculates the distance travelled by the carriage unit in terms of a number of motor shaft revolutions coupled to the carriage unit, where the encoder transmits a pulse signal per revolution of the motor shaft. The PID controller monitors the distance travelled by the carriage unit and the accuracy of the travelled distance of the carriage unit and, accordingly, calculates the errors therein. The camera unit is mounted on the carriage unit and is configured to capture images of a target for score calculation. The target holding unit is mounted on the carriage unit and is configured to hold and rotate the target. The target holding unit includes a second motor, which is a stepper motor for precise rotation of the target.
